This website provides for the vending of Prepaid Electricity Credit by PSC Normal Vendors who are registered on the PSC system. Vouchers purchased from this website are valid only within the Republic of South Africa and only for the specific meter purchased for.

Export Restrictions

Prepaid Electricity purchased from this website are valid only for the meter purchased for and within the designated region, and hold no export value.

Payment and Delivery Policy

Any prices quoted include VAT and are valid only within the Republic Of South Africa. Your prepaid electricity meter account will only be debited after the credit you have requested has been issued. Credits are deemed to be delivered following the successful completion of communication protocols between the Web server hosting this website and your Web browser.

Refund and Return Policy

All refund queries are to be directed to the customer service contact where an investigation will be instituted and a determination will be made on completion of the investigation. The outcome of the investigation and the decision reached by us will be final.
